Transportation designed around the rider
Rehabilitation Transportation should feel organized, respectful, and predictable. National Transit takes time to understand the rider’s mobility, pickup environment, destination requirements, appointment schedule, companion needs, and return-trip plan before transportation is confirmed.
Our role is transportation—not medical care—but we recognize that the quality of the ride can affect a person’s comfort, confidence, and ability to access important services.

Planning the trip
Share whether the rider’s mobility changes after therapy, whether stairs or transfers are involved, which mobility aids travel, how long the session is expected to last, and whether a companion or facility staff member will assist at either location.
Please share accurate pickup and destination information, the requested arrival time, mobility needs, whether a companion will travel, and whether a return ride is needed. Our team will review availability and confirm the final trip arrangement directly.
A respectful, non-emergency experience
Drivers focus on courteous assistance, safe vehicle operation, clear communication, and the rider’s dignity. National Transit does not provide emergency response, clinical monitoring, stretcher transportation, or hands-on medical treatment during the ride.
